20Baldwin Fuel-Water Separator

SIMPLIFIED DESIGN WITH DUAL WATER REMOVAL METHOD The new PF9908 KIT element design includes the removal of the bowl. This simplified design moves the water separation from the bowl to the media pack, allowing lengthened media for improved fuel flow and contaminant-holding capacity.

2-Step High Efficiency Water Removal Method

High Efficiency Coalescing Media for contamination and water removal

Step 1 - Filtering & Coalescing Unfiltered fuel (containing water) passes through the media where contaminants are removed and water droplets pool together separating the majority of the water from the fuel

Step 2 - Stripping Filtered fuel passes through a second media where the remaining water is stripped, resulting in high efficiency water removal

Stripping Media to ensure all remaining water is removed

Unfiltered Fuel (with water) Filtered Fuel (with water) Clean Fuel (without water)

Removed Bowl & Lengthened Filter Media for more contaminant holding capacity

Water collects in the housing reservoir Fuel continues through the fuel system Seals in Outlet Portion of Filter keep water and clean fuel separated

HIGH STANDARDS FOR CLEANER FUEL

Precise industry standard ISO testing shows the PF9908 KIT delivers quality fuel filtration that meets strict OE performance requirements. The high efficiency PF9908 KIT delivers outstanding contaminant-holding capacity (while removing damaging particles down to 4 microns) and has a lower restriction, which results in better fuel efficiency.
